Facilitating NRIs

The Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs has established the Overseas Indian Facilitation Centre (OIFC), to serve as a one-stop-shop for overseas Indians.

 
The center maintains a database of investment opportunities and advisory services for non-resident Indians on consular issues, financial services and living in India. The Center's website (www.oifc.in) is developing a database on overseas Indians and claims that it will respond to queries from overseas Indians in 24 hours.
