University of Maryland officials have confirmed that Vivek Kundra, chief information officer in the Obama administration holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the university.
Kundra earned a bachelor’s degree in behavioral and social sciences in 1998 from the University of Maryland at College Park and a masters in Information Systems Management in 2001 from the University of Maryland at University College, according to school officials.
