That’s where Microsoft employees having IT problems with their PCs will have to call.

 
The company has signed a deal with Infosys to run its IT helpdesk and service its employees’ desktop applications. “Infosys will manage Microsoft’s internal IT services for applications, devices, and databases in 450 locations across 104 countries,” the company said in a statement
