The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has barred Anil Ambani and four other directors at two of his companies, Reliance
 
Infrastructure and Reliance Natural Resources Limited, from investing in secondary markets and fined them $11 million for unfair market dealings. Ambani, Satish Seth, S.C. Gupta, Lalit Jalan and J P Chalsani are accused by the SEBI of misrepresenting investments and annual reports from 2007 to 2009.
