											<description><![CDATA[The recomendatations of state human right commision of ban of shahtoosh  to govt of jammu and kashmir remained unfilled the Apex body of trade  wasted time and money just to voice there stand to lift the ban  the most suffers were the womens whome used to spin and comb the wool  they couldnot represent there claim the State womem commision could not pleged ther case The  animal activist could not see the truth behind  the hill of ladakh The Kashmir Chamber of commerce  the apex trade body failed to protect the artisain claim and the Handicraft Dept of J&amp;K  did nothing to the wool combers .the fact is artisan switched to pashmina trade .. but the unorganised womem whome used to spin/comb the wool particullary in far flung  rural area . unable to pledge the case]]></description>
