The number of expatriates working in India has swelled to almost 30,000, according to government estimates thanks to India's booming economy. That is only a fraction of the numbers of expatriates in China, Hong Kong and Singapore, but India is experiencing the fastest growth.
Indian jobs portals like monsterindia.com, timesjob.com and naukri.com report a surge of profiles of foreign job seekers, with timesjob.com reporting 110,000 foreign resumes.
