Federal agents have seized more than five million pseudoephedrine pills, which are used to make the drug at methamphetamine, at Port Newark from a shipment that originated in India for Haiti.
The pills were labeled as cold medication “NOCOLD: Relieves cold and flu fast.” Agents say the shipment’s eventual target was Mexico where it is converted into methamphetamine.
