DHANDU RAM'S OKRA CRUNCH

INGREDIENTS:
10 PIECES OF OKRA
2 TBSP OF PLAIN BREAD CRUMBS
SALT TO TASTE
1/2 TSP OF RED PEPPER POWDER
1/2 TSP OF CHAT MASALA
TINY BARBECUE STICKS


PROCEDURE:

Carefully prick fresh okra with the help of a toothpick, while keeping it intact.

Now mix all the ingredients with salt and set okra aside for 30 minutes.

Toss the marinated okra in plain breadcrumbs all over and deep fry for that perfect crisp..

You can make the fried okra look like lollipops with the help of tiny barbecue sticks (optional).

Okra Crunch goes very well with mango mayonnaise dip or spicy mint dip.

This fancy looking yet simple to make vegetarian appetizer is one of the chef's specialties.
