So you want a prayer, but can't travel to Madurai?

No sweat, the Meenakshi temple, one of the holiest Hindu shrines, can come to you, thanks to the worldwide web.

Indian Americans can book prayers from Rs 300 ($6) for a Thirisathi prayer to Rs 3510 ($80) for a Anna Dhanam for 300 people. Prayers can be requested up to 90 days in advance and you can even have your prasadham mailed anywhere in the world.
