A Spanish artist Santiago Sierra has filled a London art gallery with 21 big blocks of human excrement to shock visitors on wretched labor of India's lowest castes. The human waste used in the exhibit was gathered in India, then left to sit for three years before being mixed with plastic and molded into man-sized blocks. Sierra seeks to incite disgust or outrage with his works.
