People on a meat-free diet are six times more likely to suffer brain shrinkage in old age.

 
Meat, fish and milk are the best sources of Vitamin B12, whose deficiency leads to brain shrinkage, anaemia and inflammation of the nervous system.

Researchers at Oxford University claim to have found a correlation between brain atrophy and low levels of B12.

This is bull! The best brains we had are those that abstain from meat; Mahatma Gandhi was a vegetarian may I remind India! How do you print such crap!
