MIA’s Birth Mystery

My baby is not called Ickitt, Pickit or Lickit.

British Singer Mathangi Arulpragasam, aka MIA, was miffed by media reports that she had named her Ickitt.

“My baby is not called Ickitt, Pickit or Lickit, thank you very much!” she protested on her MySpace web page.

 
Now her child’s birth certificate has been leaked online, revealing the baby’s actual name is Ikhyd Edgar Arular Bronfman.

What is far more intriguing than the baby's name, however, is that the certificate discloses she is two years older than has been commonly assumed. The certificate reveals her date of birth as July 18, 1975, instead of 1977.
