| Anandita Dutta Tamuly, 26, of Jorhat, Assam, gobbled up 51 Naga Jolokias (ghost chilis), the world’s hottest chili, in an attempt to establish a Guinness World Record.
Naga Jolokia is considered the world’s spiciest chili with a hotness measure of one million Scoville units, twice that of the next hottest chili, or 700-times that of a standard green chili, which tips in at 1,500 units. |
