Indians Fastest Growing Illegal Group

 The number of undocumented Indians in the United States has more than doubled since 2000 to 270,000, according to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, among the fastest growth rates of any group in the country.

More than half the undocumented aliens in the country are from Mexico, but Indians have displaced Koreans, Vietnamese and Chinese as the sixth largest undocumented alien group in the country.
