An Indian doctor in Arkansas was convicted of a bomb attack that disfigured and partially blinded the chairman of the state medical board that had disciplined him.

Dr. Randeep Mann, 52, faces life-in-prison for the February 2009 attack that nearly killed Dr. Trent Pierce.
