Zee USA, Celebrated it’s 10th Anniversary with ZEE CARNIVAL 2008 at NJ from August 30th to September 1st 2008

Zee TV Celebrated its 10th Anniversary in the US market with Zee CARNIVAL which took place in Meadowlands Expo Center (355, Plaza Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094) from August 30 to September 1.

Zee Carnival culminated on September 1, 2008 with each day being a bigger success than the day before. Saif and Kareena set the ball rolling when they walked to their fans and shook hands and signed autographs with as many as possible.

Prime-time television celebrities such Ram Kapoor (Jai Wali of Kasamh Se), Sharad Kapoor ( Nahar of Saat Phere), Kadambari Kadam (Janaki of Teen Bahuraaniyaan), Keerti Kelkar & Roshini Chopra made their mark as well, signed autographs, took pictures with the audience who came for the event over the three days. One of the highlights

of the show was when Ram Kapoor’s family celebrated his birthday with his fans (at the event) who came for his autograph and photograph and made his day special. Ram Kapoor was truly overwhelmed and touched to have celebrated his birthday with his fans in the US.

Overwhelmed by the response, the event had to close door on the second day for over two hours.

Sanjiv Kapoor, Dr Naram, local talents and the Sa Re Ga Ma singers all had a field day with their fans and the frenzy reached its peak when Saif, emboldened by the cheering fans, picked up a guitar and went on to do a impromptu show for the delirious crowd.

The three day event went off as predicted - wholesome entertainment for the family, the reel characters were real.
